Cooking Mode

Ingredients
1 cup buckwheat flour
1 ripe banana
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon cardamom
fresh fruit (optional)
1-2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla bean paste
Directions
- Add flour, milk, eggs, banana, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and cardamom in blender.
- Blend ingredients for 60 seconds on high.
- Cook in a well-greased waffle iron to desired level of doneness.
- While waffles cook, whip together whipped cream ingredients (heavy whipping cream, maple syrup and vanilla bean paste) with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
- Top your waffles with whipped cream, fresh fruit and a drizzle of maple syrup.
