Ingredients
1 teaspoon Tajín® seasoning, divided
½ lime
1¾ cups (225 g) frozen mango chunks
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
1 scoop unflavored collagen peptides (optional)
Directions
- Spread 1 teaspoon Tajín® seasoning on a small plate. Cut a small wedge from the lime and rub it around the rim of a 20‑ounce glass. Dip the rim into the Tajín® to lightly coat.
- In a high‑speed blender, add Organic Valley® Protein Plus™ Ultra-Filtered Milk, frozen mango, ginger, juice from the remaining lime, ½ teaspoon of the remaining Tajín®, and collagen peptides, if using. Blend until smooth, 30–45 seconds.
- Pour into the prepared glass and serve immediately.
