Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
½ cup yogurt, or ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons almond butter
2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch of salt
coconut flakes (optional)
walnuts (optional)
The "Shop Ingredients" option does not apply to all recipes.
Directions
- In medium bowl, combine all the ingredients (except for the optional toppings) and mix well.
- Place the oatmeal mixture into a mason jar.
- Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
- In the morning, remove the overnight oats from the refrigerator, add the toppings of your choice and enjoy!
