Ingredients

Cold Brew

coffee
1 cup coarsely ground organic coffee beans
water
4 cups filtered water

Vanilla Cold Foam

Coarse Sea Salt
Pinch of sea salt

Assembly

ice
Ice cubes

Directions

Cold Brew

- Select a step number to highlight that step.
stir: In a large jar or French press, combine coarsely ground coffee and filtered water. Stir gently to ensure all grounds are saturated.
refrigerate: Cover and refrigerate for 12 to 24 hours. The longer you steep, the stronger the flavor will be.

Tips

  • For the smoothest cold brew, use a 1:4 coffee-to-water ratio and coarse grounds to prevent over-extraction and bitterness.

strain: Strain the cold brew through a fine-mesh strainer lined with cheesecloth or use a French press to separate grounds. Store in refrigerator for up to one week.

Vanilla Cold Foam

- Select a step number to highlight that step.
combine: In a mason jar, combine the Organic Valley® Oat Creamer and sea salt.
shake: Put the lid on the jar and shake vigorously for 30 seconds until foamy.

Assembly

- Select a step number to highlight that step.
fill: Fill two 16 oz glasses with ice cubes, leaving room at the top for foam.
pour: Pour 1 cup of cold brew concentrate over ice in each glass.
serve: Gently spoon or pour the vanilla cold foam over the top of each drink, creating a creamy layer that floats on the surface. Enjoy!

Tips

  • Make cold brew concentrate ahead of time for quick morning drinks all week long.

  • Experiment with different Organic Valley® creamers like Caramel Oat Creamer or French Vanilla Creamer.

  • Double the foam recipe if you prefer extra-thick foam or are making drinks for a crowd.
