Crispy Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

2 tablespoons soy sauce 
½ teaspoon ground pepper 
Lemon wedges, to serve 
Flaky sea salt, to serve 

Directions

Preheat the air fryer to 375 F. Place Brussels sprouts, ghee, soy sauce and ground pepper in a large bowl. Toss until completely coated.
Working in batches if needed, spread Brussels sprouts in the basket of the air fryer so they are not touching. Cook for 15 minutes, until golden brown and crispy. Remove from air fryer and transfer to a serving plate.
Squeeze with lemon and sprinkle with flaky salt. Serve immediately.

We don’t recommend freezing the cooked sprouts. Raw Brussels sprouts can be frozen for up to 3 months.

Yes, cooked Brussels sprouts can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.

Yes, the Brussels sprouts can be cut and tossed with the ghee and soy mixture up to 1 day ahead and refrigerated before cooking.

We recommend cooking them in batches so that they are not touching. If they’re not crisp, return to the air fryer in batches and cook for 2-3 more minutes.

Cook them in batches and shake the air fryer basket once while cooking.

They will be similar in texture but have evenly crispy edges.

For the best results we recommend fresh sprouts.
