Ingredients
1.5 ounces dry-roasted almonds
1.5 ounces candied pecans- 2 (1.15-ounce) meat sticks, cut into thirds
- 2 ounces sliced salami
- 2 ounces sliced deli turkey (2 to 3 slices), halved
- 6 ounces seedless red grapes
- 1 (2-ounce) mandarin orange, peeled and segmented
2 ounces snap peas
1 (4-ounce) Persian cucumber, sliced
2 ounces baby carrots (about 8)
2 ounces fresh baguette, sliced into 8 slices- 8 whole-grain wheat crackers
8 butter crackers
Directions
- Spoon the cottage cheese into a small bowl. Fill two additional small bowls with the roasted almonds and candied pecans. Set all three bowls on a large board or serving platter to anchor the layout.
- Arrange the Stringles®, cheddar cubes, meat sticks, salami and deli turkey around the board or platter.
- Add the fresh produce in small clusters: seedless red grapes, mandarin orange segments, snap peas, sliced Persian cucumber and baby carrots.
Tips
If preparing in advance, add only the grapes and snap peas. Cover with plastic or beeswax wrap and refrigerate for up to 6 hours. Add the remaining produce, baguette and crackers just before serving.
- Fill the remaining spaces with the sliced fresh baguette, whole-grain wheat crackers and butter crackers. Serve immediately.
