¼ cup organic 55% to 65% cacao dark chocolate chunks
2 tablespoons organic cane sugar
2 tablespoons Dutch-process cocoa powder

- Add all ingredients to a 2-quart saucepan over medium-high heat.
- Whisk constantly to prevent scorching until all ingredients dissolve and the temperature reaches 160 F on an instant-read thermometer.
- Remove from heat, carefully ladle into glasses, and top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. Enjoy!
