Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 12 slices of bread

Directions

  1. Pre-heat a skillet or fry pan to medium heat.
  2. Mix together eggnog, eggs, honey and vanilla extract.
  3. Coat bread one slice at a time in eggnog mixture.
  4. Lay bread on greased skillet or fry pan and cook both sides until golden brown, typically 2 minutes per side.
