Take your fudge up a notch with the sweet, nutty flavors of Organic Valley® Ghee. This potluck staple is easy to prepare and full of chocolaty goodness. A twist on grandma’s classic fudge, it makes a perfectly smooth and creamy treat that may become your new go-to indulgence.

Ingredients

  • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, over low heat, combine one 14-ounce can of sweetened condensed milk and the melted ghee. Mix well together.
  2. Next, add 2 cups chocolate chips and 1 cup butterscotch chips to the condensed milk and ghee mixture. Stir everything together until both types of chips are melted.
  3. Pour into a well-greased 8x8 or 9x9 glass baking dish.
  4. Refrigerate until the fudge mixture cools and hardens. (Tip: this recipe can easily be altered to add your own twist! Walnuts, cracked sea salt or some orange zest would all be great options to try.)
