Frequently Asked Questions
The whipped texture is best when enjoyed immediately, but it will remain creamy for up to 24 hours in the refrigerator. If it loosens slightly as it sits, gently stir to bring it back together.
Yes. Greek yogurt can be substituted for cottage cheese, though it yields a tangier, slightly thinner result. Cottage cheese offers the thickest and highest-protein base when whipped.
Protein topping options include chopped nuts (almonds, peanuts, pistachios), chia seeds or hemp hearts, additional peanut butter or another splash of Organic Valley® Reduced Fat 2% Grassmilk®.
