In the bowl of a food processor, combine the cottage cheese, milk and honey. Process on high for 30-45 seconds, until smooth and creamy, pausing to scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula if needed.
Layer half of the sliced banana and half of the granola in the bottom of a small bowl. Spoon the whipped cottage cheese over the top, then finish with the remaining banana and granola. Drizzle with peanut butter and serve immediately.

The whipped texture is best when enjoyed immediately, but it will remain creamy for up to 24 hours in the refrigerator. If it loosens slightly as it sits, gently stir to bring it back together.

Can I use Greek yogurt instead of cottage cheese?

Yes. Greek yogurt can be substituted for cottage cheese, though it yields a tangier, slightly thinner result. Cottage cheese offers the thickest and highest-protein base when whipped.
