Ingredients
Hot Honey & Pepperoni
6 mini bagels, halved
½ cup pizza sauce or marinara
12 slices of pepperoni
2 tbsp hot honey (store-bought or homemade)
crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)
olive oil (for brushing)
salt & pepper to taste
Canadian Bacon & Pineapple
6 mini bagels, halved
½ cup pizza sauce or marinara
6 slices Canadian bacon, chopped
½ cup pineapple tidbits, cubed
dried oregano (optional)
olive oil (for brushing)
salt & pepper to taste
Margherita
6 mini bagels, halved
½ cup pizza sauce or marinara
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
fresh basil leaves
balsamic glaze (optional)
Directions
Hot Honey & Pepperoni
- Select a step number to highlight that step.- Preheat oven or toaster oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place halved mini bagels on a baking sheet. Lightly brush with olive oil.
- Spread a spoonful of marinara or pizza sauce on each bagel half
- Sprinkle a mix of Organic Valley® shredded cheese on top. Top each bagel bite with 1 slice of pepperoni.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Optional: Broil for 1–2 minutes for extra crispiness.
- After baking, drizzle with hot honey and sprinkle red pepper flakes if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
Canadian Bacon & Pineapple

- Place halved mini bagels on a baking sheet. Lightly brush with olive oil.
- Spread a spoonful of pizza sauce on each bagel half.
- Sprinkle a mix of Organic Valley® shredded cheese on top. Add a few pieces of Canadian bacon and pineapple to each bagel bite. Sprinkle with oregano before baking for a herby touch.
