Mini pizza bagels get a flavorful upgrade with three delicious topping combos—Hot Honey & Pepperoni, Canadian Bacon & Pineapple, and Margherita. Perfect for snacking, parties, or a fun family dinner!

Ingredients
Hot Honey & Pepperoni
bagels.
6 mini bagels, halved
marinara sauce
½ cup pizza sauce or marinara
pepperoni
12 slices of pepperoni
hot honey
2 tbsp hot honey (store-bought or homemade)
Crushed Red Pepper
crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)
A glass bottle of olive oil.
olive oil (for brushing)
A small bowl of salt.
salt & pepper to taste
Canadian Bacon & Pineapple
bagels.
6 mini bagels, halved
marinara sauce
½ cup pizza sauce or marinara
Canadian bacon
6 slices Canadian bacon, chopped
½ cup pineapple tidbits, cubed
oregano
dried oregano (optional)
A glass bottle of olive oil.
olive oil (for brushing)
A small bowl of salt.
salt & pepper to taste
Margherita
bagels.
6 mini bagels, halved
marinara sauce
½ cup pizza sauce or marinara
cherry tomato
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
Fresh Bunch of Basil
fresh basil leaves
balsamic vinegar
balsamic glaze (optional)

Hot Honey & Pepperoni

- Select a step number to highlight that step.

Preheat oven or toaster oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place halved mini bagels on a baking sheet. Lightly brush with olive oil.
Spread a spoonful of marinara or pizza sauce on each bagel half
Sprinkle a mix of Organic Valley® shredded cheese on top. Top each bagel bite with 1 slice of pepperoni.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Optional: Broil for 1–2 minutes for extra crispiness.
After baking, drizzle with hot honey and sprinkle red pepper flakes if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!

Canadian Bacon & Pineapple

Preheat oven or toaster oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place halved mini bagels on a baking sheet. Lightly brush with olive oil.
Spread a spoonful of pizza sauce on each bagel half.
Sprinkle a mix of Organic Valley® shredded cheese on top. Add a few pieces of Canadian bacon and pineapple to each bagel bite. Sprinkle with oregano before baking for a herby touch.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Optional: Broil for 1–2 minutes for extra crispiness. Serve warm and enjoy!

Margherita

Preheat oven or toaster oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place halved mini bagels on a baking sheet. Lightly brush with olive oil.
Spread a spoonful of pizza sauce on each bagel half.
Sprinkle a mix of Organic Valley® shredded cheese on top. Top each bagel bite with halved cherry tomatoes and extra mozzarella.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Optional: Broil for 1–2 minutes for extra crispiness.
Add fresh basil leaves and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Serve warm and enjoy!
