This luscious and creamy strawberry milkshake is sweetened with just frozen strawberries and strawberry jam (use a naturally sweetened jam if you want to avoid processed sugar). The milkshake gets creaminess from whole milk and a touch of heavy cream. It’s an easy summertime treat that the whole family will love!

This luscious and creamy strawberry milkshake is sweetened with just frozen strawberries and strawberry jam (use a naturally sweetened jam if you want to avoid processed sugar). The milkshake gets creaminess from whole milk and a touch of heavy cream. It’s an easy summertime treat that the whole family will love!

Ingredients

Two and a half fresh strawberries.
10 ounces frozen strawberries (2 heaping cups)
A jar of jam.
2 tablespoons strawberry jam
A small bottle of vanilla extract.
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
whipped cream (recipe link)
Whipped cream and crushed freeze-dried strawberries, for serving (optional)

Directions

In a blender, combine the milk, heavy whipping cream, frozen strawberries, strawberry jam and vanilla extract. Blend on high, stopping and scraping the sides occasionally, until smooth and creamy (if needed, add more milk to thin).
Serve the milkshake on its own or garnish with whipped cream and crushed freeze-dried strawberries! Makes two 8-ounce servings.
