Ingredients
baguette
1 loaf French bread (1 pound) 
A head of garlic with a clove on the side.
4 garlic cloves, minced 
fresh parsley
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley 
Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs 
A small bowl of salt.
½ teaspoon kosher salt 
black pepper
½ teaspoon ground pepper

Preheat oven to 375 F. Cut bread into 1-inch-thick slices, leaving ½ inch at the bottom so the loaf stays connected. Place loaf on a large piece of aluminum foil.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, dried Italian herbs, salt and pepper.
Brush each cut side of bread with butter mixture. Wrap tightly in foil and place on a rimmed baking sheet.
Bake until bread is warmed through, about 15 minutes. Unwrap and serve immediately.
