While all Organic Valley cows are raised on pasture, what makes this cheese extra special it is that it comes from cows fed a 100% grass, no-grains diet. These cheeses are semi-hard white cheddars, with top notes of grass and flower petal, and base notes of rich, “umami” flavors like dark roasted pecans and butter-sauteed morels.
