Organic Valley Grassmilk Raw Cheddar Cheese is a premium, artisan cheese crafted from Organic Valley Grassmilk, which is sourced from 100% grass-fed cows. While all Organic Valley cows are raised on pasture, what makes this cheese extra special it is that it comes from cows fed a 100% grass, no-grains diet. The milk is non-homogenized (cream-on-top) and gently heated. Small-batch cheesemakers handcraft Organic Valley Grassmilk into classic Raw Mild and Raw Sharp cheddars.

These cheeses are semi-hard white cheddars, with top notes of grass and flower petal, and base notes of rich, “umami” flavors like dark roasted pecans and butter-sauteed morels.
