Organic Valley Vermont Cheddar Cheese is made from the milk of cows pastured in the fertile, verdant valleys of award-winning, multigenerational Vermont organic family farms. Our Medium, Sharp and Extra-Sharp Vermont Cheddars are white cheddars with a rich, multifaceted flavor, made with animal rennet for optimal aging, body and flavor. We hand select the cheeses that become our Vermont Cheddar because the longer a cheese ages, the more intense the flavor becomes. It’s important to start with the very best.
