New: Class E, Series 4 Preferred Stock
Effective June 1st, 2017 CROPP Cooperative’s Finance Committee announced the offering of Class E, Series 4 Preferred Stock available for purchase by employees of the Cooperative and members of the Cooperative.
NEW: Effective July 27th, 2017 CROPP Cooperative is pleased to make this new investment opportunity also available to eligible outside investors. At this time, our Finance Committee has agreed that the Cooperative may sell shares of Class E, Series 4 stock to outside investors who agree to invest a minimum of $5,000, up to a maximum investment of $500,000 in a 12 month period.
If you wish to invest in CROPP Cooperative, prospective investors should:
- Review the Class E, Series 4 Offering Circular (below)
- Print the Class E, Series 4 Subscription Agreement and Letter of Investment
- Mail the completed Subscription Agreement and Letter of Investment along with a Check (made payable to CROPP Cooperative) to :
