At Organic Valley, we’re not just farmer-owned—we’re farmer-led. In 2023 and 2024, we invested in pay to our farmers, helping them weather inflation, climate extremes, and rising land costs. More than 200 new organic family farms joined our cooperative, and our employees visited farms over 4,000 times to stay connected to the land and the people who care for it. Because when farmers thrive, communities do too.

Our farmers are climate leaders. Through our Carbon Insetting Program, 65 farms implemented 79 practices like solar energy, composting, and agroforestry. We’ve maintained 100% renewable energy in our facilities and reduced Scope 3 emissions across our supply chain.
