A Co-Op for Organic Farmers

At Organic Valley, we’re not just farmer-owned—we’re farmer-led. In 2023 and 2024, we invested in pay to our farmers, helping them weather inflation, climate extremes, and rising land costs. More than 200 new organic family farms joined our cooperative, and our employees visited farms over 4,000 times to stay connected to the land and the people who care for it. Because when farmers thrive, communities do too.

Rooted in Community

We believe organic is more than a label—it’s a movement. In 2024, Organic Valley was honored with “Best Organic Messaging” and continued to lead through partnerships with the James Beard Foundation, Rodale Institute, and Food Tank. From policy advocacy to farmer support, we’re building a resilient food system that connects people to the land, to each other, and to a better future

We’ve maintained 100% renewable energy in our facilities and reduced Scope 3 emissions across our supply chain. With verified carbon reductions and bold goals for 2030 and beyond, we’re proving that organic is regenerative..
