Eggnog French Toast

A festive twist on this French toast recipe accentuates the flavors of the holiday season with hints of vanilla and nutmeg. Best enjoyed with butter and warm maple syrup, or try topping with fresh whipped cream and sweet cranberry compote.

Ingredients
2 ½ cups Organic Valley Eggnog
3 Organic Valley Eggs
honey
5 tbsp honey

A small bottle of vanilla extract.
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
A small bottle of vanilla extract.
Sliced Bread
12 slices of bread

Directions

Pre-heat a skillet or fry pan to medium heat.
Mix together Organic Valley Eggnog, Organic Valley eggs, honey and vanilla extract.
Coat bread one slice at a time in eggnog mixture.
Lay bread on greased skillet or fry pan and cook both sides until golden brown, typically 2 minutes per side.
