Strawberry Cottage Cheese Chia Cups

Ingredients
2 cups Organic Valley 4% Milkfat Small Curd Cottage Cheese
A jar of jam.
4-5 tablespoons low-sugar strawberry jam (any flavor of jam will work)
A jar of jam.
¼ cup Organic Valley 2% or Whole Milk
chia seeds
2 tablespoons chia seeds

Two and a half fresh strawberries.
6-7 fresh strawberries, chopped or sliced (any fresh or frozen fruit will work)
Two and a half fresh strawberries.

Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix until fully combined.
Divide evenly into glass jars and seal each with an airtight lid.
Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight until ready to eat. Serve cold with a spoon.
