Organic isn’t the easiest way to produce food, and it’s not the fastest way, either. But we believe it is the best way.
We’re in this for the long haul.
More than 20 years ago, Organic Valley helped to create the organic food movement in the United States. We helped to write the standards for organic farming, because we wanted the word “organic” to maintain its integrity. Since then, we’ve worked to go above and beyond the official regulations for organic agriculture every single day.
Sustainability is at the core of what it means to be organic, and that includes both environmental and economic sustainability. Organic Valley is all about preserving a way of life that values both the land and the creatures—two-legged and four-legged—that live upon it.
We’re pioneers of organic farming, and we’re always searching for new ways to improve upon our time-honored methods.
