Monday Morning: Easy Breakfasts FTW
Monday morning (or any morning that feels like a Monday) is an excellent time for grab-and-go options. Remember, “quick and easy” doesn’t have to mean “unhealthy” either.
Organic Valley Grassmilk® and a few oats and fruit in a jar can do the trick for an organic breakfast that you and the kids can grab on the way to work or school (or on your way into the home office). If you have a bit of meal prep time Sunday night, double this surprisingly healthy Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Overnight Oats recipe to have a few jars on hand for any morning that feels like a Monday.
If you don’t have time to meal prep, start with a glass of Organic Valley Milk to get the kids 13 essential nutrients found in milk. Pour some over their favorite low-sugar organic breakfast cereal, or serve with peanut butter on toast, and you’ve got a breakfast that will get everyone out the door in a flash.

Tuesday and Wednesday Morning: Easy Organic Free-Range Eggs
Monday probably went by in a blur, so let’s reset and make sure the family is getting a healthy breakfast without destroying the kitchen. Organic egg recipes don’t have to be difficult, and we have a 30-minute mini crustless quiche recipe that uses the organic eggs from the free-to-forage, well-cared-for hens of our cooperative.
Make an extra batch to cover a couple mornings — the mini quiches reheat beautifully without the crust to get soggy, and they're also tasty cold. Two mini quiches plus a glass of milk and a piece of fruit gives you and the kids quick energy and plenty of protein to satisfy until lunch. The best part is that nearly all of the organic ingredients can be picked up in a flash simply by telling the shopper (your partner or your app) to choose Organic Valley.
Don't feel like cooking? Pick up some of our Egg Bites! Two egg cups per serving in three delicious flavors are perfect for mornings when the microwave or toaster oven is your best friend.

Thursday Morning: Load Up On Omega-3s
There are plenty of studies and stories that show the potential benefits of more omega-3 fatty acids like DHA and EPA in a balanced diet. Fortunately, multiple studies have also shown that organic milk has higher levels of omega-3s. Connect the dots, and you can easily add more omega-3s to your family’s breakfasts with Organic Valley Grassmilk alongside our eggs. Our Grassmilk cows are 100% grass-fed, which contributes to higher levels of omega-3 in the cows' milk. And flaxseed in a hen's diet increases the omega-3 content of eggs!
TGIF! Healthy Breakfast Smoothies
Friday is finally here! Embrace it. An organic breakfast smoothie is fast, delivers the nutrition your family needs (especially if you sneak in some greens) and avoids the pesticides often found on fruits and veggies used in shakes.
They don’t have to be complicated either! Healthy breakfast smoothies are as easy as frozen organic strawberries or mixed fruit (about 1 cup per person, less for small children), and Organic Valley milk to cover. Blend and done.
Looking for a high-protein smoothie? Try Organic Valley's fortified lowfat and skim milks, which blend in added organic skim milk powder to boost the protein and calcium content. (It's milk with more milk in it!)
Add more nutrition with other things you might have around: a cup of packed greens, a tablespoon or two of nut butter or whole nuts (any will do), a scoop of organic yogurt for probiotics. Delicious and organic with the press of a button.

Saturday or Sunday: Breakfast Feast
For some families, the weekend means time for a fun organic breakfast feast. It’s a good time to teach your children what goes into the food on your table. As you whip eggs and the little ones have fun ripping up greens for this easy Breakfast Delight Quiche recipe, you can leisurely talk to your kids about where eggs come from and what ghee is.
It’s also a great time to treat yourself to bacon that you can feel good about frying up because you know where it comes from and the love that was put into raising the animals.
